Kanoo Cash Card Transactions and Sand Dollar Transactions – Buyer Refund Policy.
Peer to Peer transfers are non-refundable.
Purchases from Merchants using the Kanoo Payment Interface. We mirror the refund policy of the merchant. If you have a problem with an eligible item purchased from one of our sellerʼs that is defective, we will help you recover the full purchase price (up to $5,000) including shipping costs.
Credit card transactionsBuyers have the ability to apply for a refund if the seller on our platform issues refunds. Our customer support team can assist in processing refunds in line with the Kanoo Sellerʼs refund policy.
Timing of refundsThe timing can vary depending on the payment method and when you cancel. Here are the expected timelines for each payment method:
Kanoo Cash Card and Sand Dollar Purchases: Once you initiate a refund request from with the Kanoo App it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for your funds to be deposited back to your card.
Debit or credit card payments: It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for your money to be deposited back into your account. But it can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank. Email your request to customerservice@kanoopays.com
Bank account payments: It can take up to 10 business days for your money to be deposited back into your account.
